The company is based in Sweden but we can work with customers from anywhere. To keep costs lower we work with offshore partners based in Eastern Europe.

A typical implementation process is:

1. Identify customer needs at customer site or online
2. Implement solution with offshore partner
3. Delivery 

Challenges with Offshore

The biggest challenge in working with offshore companies is ensuring that the delivered product matches the requirements put forward by the customer.

Overcoming the challenges

To overcome the challenges associated with geographical distance, we place high performance expectations upon our offshore partners, and work hard to integrate our infrastructure and communication with them. 

• We have defined a set of tools for communication and project follow up which we commonly use
• We educate our partners in the tools and project methodology
• We manage the project at our offshore partner site until routines have been established

Project Methodology - Scrum

To be flexible and time efficient, we have adopted the Scrum project methodology.  Scrum is an operational framework made up of rules for implementing and managing projects.
